Well-earned win for Kelly at SEAT Top People competition

SEAT have announced the 11 UK winners of their Top Seat People contest which the brand uses to motivate and recognising the best professionals in different areas of business from across its dealer network.

There are several selection stages which lead to an ultimate UK Final in which candidates have the opportunity to demonstrate their passion, drive, knowledge and skills. This all finishes up in a 1 day event held at The National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes and described as gruelling by Seat insiders.

Kelly Wells, our SEAT accredited Service Advisor was selected by SEAT to represent W Livingstone Ltd in the category of Service Advisor and was put through her paces at the National Finals in Milton Keynes on the 8th February. Kelly and the other competitors in her category were tested on their product knowledge, understanding of all SEAT systems and processes and most importantly of all, customer care and understanding.

After a gruelling UK final, all competitors were treated to an evening Gala dinner where the winners were announced. We are all delighted that Kelly saw off the competition and was crowned SEAT Service Advisor of the Year 2016.

Kelly along with the other UK winners now goes forward to the international Top SEAT People competition which is in Barcelona in April. Here, they will be put through their paces again in a variety of team, practical and theoretical exercises with the aim of winning a coveted international winners title. Talking about the scheme, Richard Harrison, Director of Seat UK, said “I am delighted to celebrate the top quality colleagues we have in our Network. These people will play a key role in driving up standards of customer experience in the coming months and years. Congratulations to all our finalists and winners!”
