SEAT has one of the youngest model ranges on the market. With so many new SEAT models, you’ll also find good value older SEAT cars still on the market. Here’s a list of the models you’re most likely to come across.
SEAT Arosa – (1997-2005)
The SEAT Arosa is an economical 3 door City car built by SEAT between 1997 and 2005. Engine sizes include 1.0 and 1.4 petrol plus a 1.4 TDi diesel. Although no longer in production, the SEAT Arosa remains a popular choice amongst used car buyers who want high fuel economy and low insurance costs.
SEAT Cordoba – (1993-2009)
The SEAT Cordoba is a mid sized 4 door saloon car built by SEAT for over 12 years. During this time the cars has had several ‘facelifts’ but always retained the key features of generous interior space & cavernous boot that made the SEAT Cordoba such a family favourite. This model is still available in both petrol and diesel on the used car market.
SEAT Toledo – (1991-2009)
The Toledo has been model name used by SEAT since the early 1990’s and during its life cycle it has been both a hatchback and also a saloon. The latest version, launched in 2005 was a large family hatchback available in both petrol & diesel engines. The Toledo exudes the key SEAT qualities of high equipment levels and competitive pricing and as such is popular with a wide range of drivers.
SEAT Toledo – (2012-2018)
The stylish and elegant Toledo came with generous interior space, a high degree of flexibility, outstanding efficiency and is excellent value-for-money. It has great appeal to customers seeking a practical, top-quality and affordable car for the whole family. And when it came to consumption and emissions figures in particular, the Toledo was among the best-in-class.
SEAT Altea and Altea XL – (2004-2015)
Roomy 5 door family hatchback
The category-busting Altea is a five-seater people-carrier with an awesome driving feel; it’s a family MPV that provides a sensible-looking alternative to the sportier Leon hatchback. It prioritises comfort and spaciousness, but still has impressive handling.
In answer to customer demand for more space, SEAT produced the Altea XL, the extra-large Altea with five seats and an estate-sized boot, plus more scope for sliding the back seats back and forth to either enlarge the boot or provide more legroom for the passengers.

SEAT Altea Freetrack 4 – (2007-2009)
This four wheel drive variant of the SEAT Altea features raised suspension for increased ground clearance and larger plastic bumpers and wheel arches. Engine sizes range from 1.4 to 2.0 turbocharged petrol engines, or 1.9 and 2.0 TDI diesel versions. There are also some 2WD versions of this model. SEAT describes this five-seater as three cars in one – with off-road capability, the space of a family hatch plus the handling and performance of a hot hatch.
SEAT Exeo – (2009-2013)
4 door executive saloon
The Exeo is SEAT’s executive saloon, a sophisticated and solid car that makes every drive sensational. Trim levels range from the generous S to the truly luxurious SE Lux, featuring full leather upholstery, 18″ alloy wheels and bi-xenon headlamps as standard.
SEAT Exeo ST – (2009-2013)
5 door executive estate
The Exeo Sport Tourer is the estate version of the Exeo; it has a larger boot than the saloon, as well as impressive ride quality. The Exeo ST is a dynamic symbol for the equilibrium between business and pleasure.
