Service and Parts department re-opened
We are delighted to announce that with effect of 11th May, we have re-opened our Service and Parts department. Initially this is with a skeleton staff who will focus assisting our customers with outstanding and overdue maintenance, MOT testing and repairs to their cars. To assist the safety and wellbeing of staff and customers, we have put in place measure to ensure social distancing and enhanced cleaning and sanitizing.
Our Service & Parts departments will temporarily operate from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and will be closed Saturday. To assist with social distancing, we are asking customers to park in our rear car park and use the rear ‘Reception’ entrance to enter the building. Exit will be from a showroom door at the front of the building.
For customer protection, we will limit waiting appointments and we will be unable to offer accompanied ‘diagnostic’ test drives, ‘lifts to the station’ etc. We thank our customers for their understanding in these matters.
Our workshop will be able to offer the full range of mechanical repairs, servicing, MOT testing etc. from 11th May.
In line with Government instruction, our showroom will remain physically closed. We are however ‘digitally open’. Our used car stock and new car offers are all on our website and will be kept up to date. If we can assist you in regard to the purchase of a car, please email us on sales@wlivingstoneltd.com
As the lock down is still in place, the volume of traffic on the roads is still far less than normal and as such, we are also keeping our forecourt closed for the time being. We continue to monitor the situation and will re-open more of our business as soon as we can.
