See what’s coming on this limited-edition model chosen by the UK public
Over a period of six weeks from March 2016 SEAT ran a competition asking the UK public to help us decide the specification of a limited edition Ateca called the First Edition. We asked consumers to complete a lifestyle configurator on seat.co.uk that took inputs from the lifestyle choices to configure the perfect SUV for each customer. First Edition specification and limited production
The Ateca First Edition is based on the SE trim and is limited to 200 available to retail customers. The ‘crowdsourced’ additional equipment chosen by the UK public comprises:
- 18-inch bi-colour alloy wheels
- Satellite-navigation system with an eight-inch screen
- Keyless entry (KESSY)
- Electric tailgate with virtual pedal
- Rear-view camera
- Dark-tinted rear windows
- Black roof rails and window surrounds
- Available in Nevada white, Rodium grey or Samoa orange
The First Edition is available in two engines (1.0 TSI 115PS and 1.6 TDI 115 PS) and is competitively priced at £21,995 for the 1.0 TSI and £24,305 for the 1.6 TDI. The First Edition offers more than £3,500 of additional equipment over an SE version, saving customers more than £1,100. First Edition availability
The first edition will be available for order from mid-June and for delivery during late September and October. These units will be available in the following colours:
- 75 x Rodium grey
- 75 x Nevada white
- 50 x Samoa orange
