Hi,

I just wanted to send some feedback on my experience with buying a car with W Livingstone. I can’t fault the service in anyway. Very pleased with how I was treated and I really felt like I was a customer and not just another number through the door to buy a car. David Brown was the sales person I dealt with and his professionalism and manner was faultless and he strived to always keep me updated with the progress of my purchase from initial interest stage right through to delivery of the car. I particularly appreciated the phone call a day after taking delivery of my car to make sure everything was OK and to remind me of the after care details should I need anything else.

I would certainly recommend W Livingstone to any of my friends and family and certainly will be returning there for any future cars myself.

I dealt with John during the purchase and was impressed with his product knowledge and customer care, he was very genuine and ensured all my demands were met with regards to taxing the vehicle and changing the plates to my retained registration.

Our SEAT Altea just stopped completely in the M73 last night around 5pm and as we were calling SEAT assistance – two of your staff who had noticed us on the other side of the carriage way made a detour and came round to help us. I think the girl was Louise and the mechanic Scott. Could you please pass on our thanks and either give them an extra long lunch break or let them away early today!

The car is in the garage today being repaired.

Good Morning, I hope this finds you well.

It would be totally remiss of me not to formally record my huge gratitude to you in the service provided to my family. As you know , I was let down by others and strung along with all manner of lame excuses. From initial point of contact through to conclusion, the words can’t be written that could possibly do justice to the very efficient, polite and thoroughly professional manner in which you positively & effectively managed proceedings.

Having taken delivery yesterday, I took advantage of the lovely winter’s day and went on an ‘extended’ drive. I was impressed before, but my experience only amplified the quality of the product. My wife Helen echos the same sentiment, and is delighted with her new car.

Many thanks to David for the obvious ease with which he accomodated me and my family on the day of the test drive. Nothing was too much bother for him. I was met by Norman, who on introducing himself, saw that I was attended to in what I could only describe as the ‘Livingston Way’. Similar gratitude is also extended to John for the impressive way the formalities were completed without fuss.The handover was as comprehensive and precise as could possibly be expected, and I left comfortable in where everthing was to be found.

It appears you leave nothing to chance and rely instead, on the dependability & realiability of well appointed, enthusiastic and committed staff .

My previous car purchases have only ever been through ‘main dealers’. Clearly and without any doubt, there are more than a few of your industry colleagues who would do well to examine & learn from the values you so clearly evidence in a family run business. My whole experience of W Livingstone Ltd has been hugely impressive and one I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to my own family and friends. Please do post this on any forum in respect of quality of service & product.
